1st Bumper (1998-2006, for Universal Studios/GoodTimes eras) Edit

Bumper: It's almost the same as the 1992 Barney Home Video logo, except the bold yellow Helvetica text "FEATURE" zooms out to the stop of the screen, inside the blue square is a 2D version of Roxy Hunter, and the black text "PROGRAM" is below the square, sparkling. Roxy Hunter's right eye shines.

FX/SFX: The "FEATURE" text zooming out, the "PROGRAM" text sparkling, and Hip-Hop Larry's eye shining.

Music/Sounds: A catchy electro-hop tune with Brian Cummings saying "And now, our feature program!"

Availability: Seen on many FoxToons Home Video tapes co-distributed by Universal Studios Home Entertainment and GoodTimes Entertainment.

Scare Factor: None.

2nd Bumper (1998-2006, for ADV Films eras) Edit

Bumper: On an orange background with silver static animations, the white words "FEATURE PROGRAM" in a graffiti font with black outlines move all around the background, separately, until they end up in the center. After the words center, they stay still for a few seconds, then zoom out and in, and the images pixelate out.

FX/SFX: The static animations, the words moving around the background, and the "pixelating".

Music/Sounds: Same as the 1st bumper.

Availability: Seen on many FoxToons Home Video tapes co-distributed by ADV Films.

Scare Factor: None to minimal. It may startle some due to its sudden appearance.

3rd Bumper (1998-2006, for UAV/Buena Vista eras) Edit

Bumper: On a magenta background with moving sound wave bars in white, the green words "Feature Program" move all around the background, separately, until they end up in the center. After the words center, they stay still for a few seconds, then zoom out and in, and the images ripple out.

Trivia: This was based on other FoxToons Home Video IDs of the time. These bumpers were later used by Buena Vista Home Entertainment tapes of action-oriented series such as Power Rangers and Marvel Studios series from 2002-2005.

FX/SFX: The sound wave animations, the words moving around the background, and the "rippling".

Music/Sounds: Same as the 1st bumper.

Availability: Seen on many FoxToons Home Video tapes co-distributed by UAV Corporation and Buena Vista Home Entertainment. It also appeared on Universal Studios Home Entertainment tapes of CartoonTales, SCC Agents and LennyGirl: The Cartoon Adventures, as well as Anchor Bay Entertainment tapes of Thomas the Clever Boy & Friends.

Scare Factor: None to minimal. It may startle some due to its sudden appearance.

4th Bumper (2000-2005, for Universal Studios/Blue Underground eras) Edit

Bumper: It's almost the same as the black background variant of the 1989 Walt Disney Home Entertainment Feature Presentation bumper, except the blue 3D words "FEATURE PROGRAM" in a bold Helvetica font replace "FEATURE PRESENTATION".

Variant: Blue Underground tapes use a dark underwater background and the words "FEATURE PROGRAM" are in light blue.

FX/SFX: The connecting, zooming in, zooming up, and the "shimmering".

Music/Sounds: The 1999 Disney Feature Presentation music, with Brian Cummings saying "And now, our feature program".

Availability: Seen on some FoxToons Home Video tapes co-distributed by Universal Studios Home Entertainment such as Commander Keen: The Animated Series, Rudolph Kong: The Return of the Indigo Fib, The Incredible Donkey Kong, and Sock-Men: The Legend of Sockpuppet Wolverine. It also appeared on FoxToons Home Video tapes co-distributed by Blue Underground such as The Best of Beachorama tapes.

Scare Factor: None to low. The sudden zooming of the words and the announcer may startle some, but it's tame otherwise.

5th Bumper (1999-2006, for United American Entertainment eras) Edit

Bumper: On a shining gold background, we see the golden western-font words "FEATURE" and "PROGRAM" connecting, then zooming in.

FX/SFX: The words connecting & zooming in, and the gold background shining.

Music/Sounds: Same as the 3rd bumper.

Availability: Seen on many FoxToons Home Video tapes co-distributed by United American Entertainment.

Scare Factor: Same as the 3rd bumper.
